Not sure about the different types of homes we offer?

Heartland's home types fall into four main categories.

	Traditional These homes range in size from 1,700  to over 6,000 square feet.  They can have either integral (below the home) or attached (level with first floor) garages.  These may also be referred to as Single Family homes. See all traditional homes
	Carriage These homes have first floor master bedrooms and attached garages. See all carriage homes
	Villa These homes have first floor master bedrooms. See all villa homes
	Luxury Townhomes These are spacious units that fit on smaller lots and offer low maintenance living.  They are multiple stories high, and share a common wall with the adjacent unit. See all luxury townhomes
