1. How to Enter the Contest

a. The "Ultimate Steeler Experience" contest will begin at 8am on 8/26/10

b. To participate in the contest, register for a chance to win by:

1. Text Message: During the contest period, send the keyword "Heartland" to 94253 from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone. Once you send the text message, you will be automatically entered into the Contest and receive a menu of services and other options for the chance to submit additional entries into the Contest via text messaging. All text message entries must be received by the end of the contest period to be eligible for the drawing. All entrants must have a two-way text messaging capable handset in order to enter the Contest using the text messaging method. Entrants will be charged their text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms in their Wireless Calling Plan. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas. Even in using the online entry method below, you still need a two-way text messaging capable handset in order to participate in the contest.



2. Online: Entry is available online for free without sending a text message during the contest period at http://www.loveheartland.com/steelers Entrants will be asked to follow the instructions posted online in order to enter the contest. By submitting your contact phone number, mailing address, and email address, you grant permission to be contacted by Heartland or Administrator.



3. In Person: Visit any Heartland model home / sales office during open house hours and complete a contest entry form.

All entries must be received by dates listed below in order to qualify for each prize.

c. Limit 1 entry per person, per day, per method of entry. Entrants may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Heartland Homes.

2. Eligibility Restrictions

a. The contest is open to all participants who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Heartland Homes, Sponsors, and Fireman Creative, their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all other companies associated with this contest, and the members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are not eligible. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household.

3. Prizes

a. Grand Prize: Heartland VIP Steelers Experience - Sunday December 12th - Heinz Field. Two pre-game tailgate party/field passes and tickets to the game.

b. A maximum of three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. If the three (3) available Grand Prizes are won in accordance with these Rules, the contest will officially end at the time the Grand Prize is won.

c. Secondary Prizes:

Chalk Talk Breakfast One - Tuesday September 28 - 8:30 am - 10:30 am - North Club Lounge, Player appears at 9:00 am (20 winners) Gain exclusive access to Heinz field with a guest for a private tour and a breakfast "chalk talk" with a Steelers player. Autographs/photos permitted.

Hines Ward Radio Show at Sonoma Grill - Tuesday October 19. Player appears at 6:30 pm (4 winners) Private dinner with guest at Sonoma Grill while watching the Hines Ward Radio Show. LIVE. Autographs/photos permitted

Chalk Talk Breakfast Two - Tuesday November 16 - 8:30 am - 10:30 am - Press Box Dining Room, Player appears at 9:00 am (20 winners) Gain exclusive access to Heinz field with a guest for a private tour and a breakfast "chalk talk" with a Steelers player. Autographs/photos permitted.

Monday Night at the Southside - Monday December 6 - UPMC Sports Performance Complex. Player appears at 9:00 pm (20 winners) Gain exclusive access to the Steelers' Southside practice facility with a guest for a private tour, time on-field, dinner on-site with Steelers player while watching Monday night football game. Autographs/photos permitted

Additional prizes may be added at the discretion of Heartland Homes

d. Drawing Dates: 1. Winners will be drawn for each prize on the following dates. All entries must be received before 12:01 AM on the dates listed below to qualify. 1. Grand prize drawing: December 2nd, 2010 2. Chalk Talk Breakfast One drawing: September 16th, 2010 3. Hines Ward Radio Show drawing: October 11th, 2010 4. Chalk Talk Breakfast Two drawing: November 5th, 2010 5. Monday Night at the Southside drawing: November 25th, 2010

e. Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any and all other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of the winner's receipt of this prize.

f. Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

g. All prizes are provided courtesy of The Pittsburgh Steelers.

4. Selection and Notification of Winners

1. Decisions of Heartland Homes management with respect to the contest are final.

2. Promotion contestants must be selected as follows: a random drawing of all registration entries. No one contestant may be selected to participate on more than one than one occasion.

3. The odds of being selected as a winner are dependent upon the number of entries received.

5. Conditions

1. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent if necessary. Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize. Photo identification and social security number of the winner may also be required in order to collect the prize

2. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners (and their guest or traveling companion, if any) agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.

3. A maximum (3) Grand Prize(s) will be awarded. Grand Prize winner must accept delivery of prize from sponsor, or as otherwise instructed by sponsor. All other costs related to prize delivery and acceptance is the responsibility of winner including but not limited to all federal state and local taxes. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at sponsor's sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value not to exceed $2,000.00 in cost if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

4. Grand Prize winner(s) will be required to complete and return a W-9 form (if prize value exceeds $600.00), affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (Tennessee residents need not sign publicity release), and present a valid driver's license and social security card before prize will be awarded. Winners of prizes greater than $600.00 will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize(s) and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize(s). Pursuant to the liability release, the winners will agree to hold Odds On Promotions, Heartland Homes, its licensee, their affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

5. Heartland Homes reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air, when practical. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by these contest rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Heartland Homes management.

6. No purchase is necessary. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. The contest is void where prohibited.

7. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification, at the sole discretion of Heartland Homes.

8. Heartland Homes is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.

9. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main office of Heartland Homes, 101 Commerce Blvd Suite One, Lawrence, PA 15055 or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Heartland Homes.

6. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Heartland Homes will not be responsible for incomplete, undecipherable, lost, late, damaged, misdirected or mutilated entries, misdirected or faulty text or e-mail messages or for any technical problems, incorrect announcements of any kind, hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage related to phone. Incomplete/illegible entries are void. Heartland Homes is not responsible for any human or other error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor are they responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or failures of any wireless or internet service providers, traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, which may limit a person's ability to participate in this Contest or receive communication from Heartland Homes.

If you send your entry via text message, prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to the phone number from which the text message originated. If you send your entry via online entry, prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to the phone number and/or email address submitted on the entry. If you submit your entry by visiting a model home, prize will be awarded to the name corresponding to the phone number and/or email address submitted on the entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a mobile telephone number (MTN)/email address by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses, telephone numbers or wireless phone numbers for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone number/email address or the domain associated with the submitted telephone, as applicable. Potential winners may be requested to provide Heartland Homes with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the MTN or contact phone number and/or email address associated with the winning entry.

Heartland Homes assumes no responsibility for undeliverable text messages resulting from filtration of an entrant's Wireless or Internet service provider or for insufficient space to receive text or e-mail. Heartland Homes reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a technical problem corrupts the administration as determined by Heartland Homes/judges, in their sole discretion. If the promotion is canceled, Heartland Homes will award prizes from among all eligible entries received as of the time of cancellation in a random drawing, and Heartland Homes shall have no further obligation to any participant in connection with this Contest. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or the like methods of participation will void all such entries by such methods.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, RELEASED PARTIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED ONLY ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. THE "PENNSYLVANIA" COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF "PENNSYLVANIA" SHALL GOVERN THE PROMOTION. YOU WAIVE ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
